John has been training players and coaching soccer since 1986; he holds a USSF "C" License, the NSCAA "National" Goalkeeping Diploma, USSF Coaching Education Staff Instructor and is the founder and operator of the "Wasatch Goalkeeper Academy." He is the Head Goalkeeper Coach for the Utah Olympic Development Program, the assistant/goalkeeper coach for Alta High School, and works with multiple clubs and programs. John played through the youth ranks in Salt Lake as well as high school, club, ODP and professionally. John focuses on coaching players to be their best, helping those players develop a love of the game that extends through his/her lifetime. The fact that he does all he can to improve the level of play on a local, state, and national level makes John a wonderful asset to the soccer community.
