In group training sessions, we are able to introduce multi-player drills. Goalkeepers and field players are able to train and compete with players of the same age and ability. Group training sessions provide a positive and competitive environment for developing goalkeepers and field players.
SUMMER GROUP SESSIONS FOR GOALKEEPERS & FIELD PLAYERS
Wasatch Goalkeeper Academy is now offering open group sessions for
goalkeepers and field players. Group sessions create an accelerated
learning environment where players of all ages and skill levels can
excel. These sessions are designed and implemented by Utah Olympic
Development Program Head Goalkeeper Coach, John Ragsdale. This is a great opportunity for players to receive specialized training as well
as form relationships with other players in their age group.
No pre-registration necessary, sessions will be held throughout the summer - come every session or make it when you can. The goal of the group session is for each player to learn and succeed at every session. Methods of payment accepted are cash or check made out to Wasatch Goalkeeper Academy.
GOALKEEPER SESSIONS
The session for younger goalkeepers (boys & girls) will be from 8:30-9:30 am. This session will use a size 4 ball - if you play games with a size 4 ball then this is the session you would want to attend.
The session for older goalkeepers (boys & girls) will be from 9:30-10:30 am. This session will use a size 5 ball.
Cost per player each Thursday is $30. Location of group session will be posted on the home page.
FIELD PLAYER SESSIONS
The session for younger field players (boys & girls) will be from 8:30-9:30 am. This session will use a size 4 ball - if you play games with a size 4 ball then this is the session you would want to attend.
The session for older field players (boys & girls) will be from 9:30-10:30 am. This session will use a size 5 ball.
Cost per player each Friday is $30. Location of group session will be posted on the home page.
